- Property search activity if you create a saved search or an account through our IDX search provider.
- Standard technical information collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and provide real estate brokerage or property management services.
- To send listing alerts and market information you have asked for.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations as a Colorado brokerage.
We do not sell your personal information.
Phone, text and email consent
When you submit a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your enquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us and we will remove you.
Cookies and analytics
The property search and the valuation tool on the Seller’s Guide are the two places on this site that collect the most information about you, because both are powered by our IDX provider.
This site uses cookies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand traffic. Our IDX search provider sets its own cookies for saved searches and accounts. Most browsers let you refuse cookies, though parts of the search may stop working if you do.
Third parties
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, including our IDX provider, our property management platform, email and CRM tools, and our website host. They may only use it to provide those services to us. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your Colorado privacy rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may request access to the personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, a portable copy, and may opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. To make a request, email americaneaglepm@gmail.com or call (719) 355-5062. We will verify your identity before acting, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision.
